Back water valve

A backwater valve is a one way flow control valve installed in a drainage system, that under normal conditions allows the waste water to drain out of the system, however if a reversed flow of drainage water should occur, the valve will be forced closed and protect the interior of the building from sewage backup. Hired Ryan and his team to do my plumbing for a legal basement - he was prompt in providing pricing and had a team ready to work asap. His payment structure is great meaning he only collected 90% and the 10% he came back for once the inspector passed all the plumbing. He listened to my needs and did exactly what I asked for. We had some additional work to do when he came back and charged us a really good price. He is extremely knowledgeable and the plumbing passed with flying colours.
